Primary Geography CPD Pack: Climate Change in your Curriculum

The Primary Geography CPD Packs are designed for teachers to use in school with their colleagues. Each pack contains a range of practical activities that are flexible to suit your context, the amount of time that you have available and your school’s needs.

While it is unequivocal that human influence is warming the atmosphere, ocean and land, causing widespread and rapid changes, it is crucial that teaching and learning in the classroom is informed by accurate knowledge that will enable pupils to feel, and be, better equipped to make the kinds of decisions that will face them in the future. 

This Climate Change CPD Pack will help you plan teaching for climate change, thinking about coherence, progression and purposeful links with existing and planned activities. It focuses on geography but will enable you to build holistic and relevant curriculum links.
