London's Olympic lessons

By 2003, the International Olympic Movement was in crisis; the Games had become too big so that only the 'usual suspect' cities could afford to host them. This was a bad reflection on a movement supposed to inspire the 'little guy' into sport. . London 2012 is the first attempt at a green Summer Olympic Games, as promised by Sebastian Coe. How well is he keeping this promise? And what are the implications for this place in London? Only time will tell.
